Terms of Service – Blocktimus
Effective: January 11, 2026

By using blocktimus.com or our services (SEO, AI automation, digital products), you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services We provide SEO consulting, technical SEO, content optimization, AI workflow automation, and custom AI tools on a project/client basis.
  2. Client Relationship
    • Work is performed under separate project agreements/SOWs
    • These Terms apply to the relationship unless contradicted by a signed agreement
    • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or ROI
  3. Payment
    • Invoices due per agreed schedule
    • Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest
    • We may suspend work after 15 days overdue
  4. Intellectual Property
    • You own deliverables upon full payment
    • We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, methodologies
    • We may use anonymized project data for internal improvement
  5. Confidentiality Both parties protect each other’s confidential information for 3 years after project end.
  6. No Guarantees / Limitation of Liability Services provided “as is.” Maximum liability = fees paid for the project in the preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect, consequential, lost profits, or business interruption damages.
  7. Termination Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice or immediately for material breach.
  8. Governing Law Texas law. Exclusive venue: Eden or nearest court in Texas.
  9. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
